Using MailRight
MailRight is a desktop application that helps users access and manage Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. You are responsible for the Google accounts you connect and for the messages, files, and actions you perform through the app.
Independent product
MailRight is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Gmail and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.
Account access
MailRight can access Google user data only after you grant permission through Google's OAuth flow. You can remove accounts in MailRight and revoke access from your Google Account settings.
Early access software
Early access builds may be incomplete, may change, and may contain bugs. Users should keep backups of important email, files, and account data and should review destructive actions before confirming them.
Safety limitations
MailRight may provide warnings about suspicious links, senders, or attachments. These warnings are not a guarantee that an email, link, or attachment is safe. Users should remain careful with unexpected requests, files, and login pages.
Licensing
Public pricing is planned as a useful Free tier, a pay-once Plus tier for core power-user features, and an optional Pro tier for AI, automation, translation, MCP, and ongoing-cost security services. Final licensing terms will be published before paid release.
